FRIMA is committed to providing high quality products to our customers and thus to their customers. If you want to find a factory that can provide you with wholesale and customized services, you can consider us. we have been focusing on high precision CNC turned components manufacturing and global trade over the years.
Medical Equipment: Surgical instrument handles, puncture needle assemblies, dental tools, endoscope components
Electronics: Mobile phone camera rings, connector terminals, heat sink bases, precision shafts
Industrial Automation: Pneumatic fittings, hydraulic valve spools, servo motor shafts, encoder components
Fluid Control: Ball valve stems, pipe fittings, filter screen supports
Our dual-spindle machines allow for simultaneous front and back-side machining, which in many cases eliminates the need for multiple separate operations.
● We can machine bar stock with a maximum diameter of 1-3/4 inches.
● We can machine and turn parts with diameters up to 11 inches.
● The maximum turning length (distance between centers) is 16-1/2 inches.
● Materials Processed: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, and Plastics.
Q: How fine a shaft diameter can you machine?
A: Our Swiss-type automatic lathes can reliably machine precision shafts with diameters of φ0.5mm and above, up to a length of 150mm. Even finer shaft diameters can be achieved through specialized processes; please feel free to contact us for specific inquiries.
Q: What surface finish can be achieved for high precision CNC turned components?
A: Standard turning processes can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 1.6–3.2μm. If higher requirements are needed, we can incorporate a grinding process to achieve a finish of Ra 0.4–0.8μm.
Q: What post-processing services do you offer?
A: We provide a comprehensive, one-stop service that includes heat treatment (quenching, tempering), surface treatment (anodizing, zinc plating, nickel plating, blackening, passivation), polishing, laser marking, and more.
